    The music is pretty loud in this video haha, i think it would help to make it a bit quieter in the future😅 Besides that this is a really good and helpful video, i definitely wanna get this pattern at some point! Puffy paws are superior! ❤

    I don't normally go here but my god is this interesting, I'd always wondered how they made the paws on their suits and I assumed it was some kind of foam. The craftsmanship is great.

    I don't plan to make these but I see them on stim boards sometimes so it's fun to see how they're made! I do have a sewing machine that I need to use more so I'll keep this in mind for future stuffed animals etc.

    i usually have a hard time sewing the whole two sides of the paw together, because i stuff my pads before hand to ensure they are evenly squishy. that, and the addition of claws, makes it very bulky and difficult to sew. TwT

    With a machine, it’s easier to go as slow as possible, and don’t be afraid to tug the fabric around instead of just letting the feed dogs pull it.

    What’s thumb style mean?

  • @SplitHuskyCreationsOfficial

    @SplitHuskyCreationsOfficial

    A common way people make fursuit paws is having all 4 fingers mirrored so they are even while thumb style has one paw finger in the placement of the thumb, makes it for easier wear for those who prefer a more humanlike feeling for paws rather than having the paw mirrored (i hope that makes sense)
