How do you get the calculations for the measurements of different sized heads?

Let the measurements of the ruffles be longer than the body of your turban cap, for example if am using 20 inches length for the body, my ruffles design will be 25, blc while weaving, the length will be shortened by some few inches, that way you will have enough to sew on, pls I hope you understand what am trying to say.
