tip: just grind dive sights for other ingedients. there are lots of chest there and also new items so its a win win if u find it or not.

I somehow obtained Prometheus’s acrimony while collecting random stuff in Palo Town. Surprisingly, it wasn’t in a chest but just there in the open. Watching this video shocked me at how lucky I got on getting this item. Hope this helped.

Patience is a virtue. The Dark sea update is going to take extremely long to happen but frankly, I don’t see the problem of with reset potion ingredient rarity. It’s better that we already know how to get it and the fact that we can get it at all rn. Besides, trying to instantly change stats because you build got nerfed is kinda cheap tbh. as someone who got prometheus's acrimony from a common ingredient bag i can confirm that we dont trade this for just plain old galleons we take your legs and arms also your skull too and i didnt forget the heart

tbh idc about stat reset, I just enjoy the game and that's all. I never farm for something since I have fun with the game itself(making character/drip is fun af)

I’m pretty sure it’s not harder than the lottery, I’ve got Vindicators from regular non special chests, bronze chests, and even lost cargo. So it probably won’t be TOO hard. (Or I’m just extremely lucky)

Honestly, I'm fine with them making it hard to obtain, but this is just way overboard. Hopefully once the dark sea releases obtaining item will be a viable and realistic endeavor,

To be fair I wish you could change stats more frequently than trying to find this insanely rare item just for one single reset. There's so many diverse builds in Arcane Odyssey and nobody wants to have to make another save and go about the game again just to experience a new build.

It also can be done through mystery potions have fun yall!

I found the Prometheus's Acrimony when breaking rocks at Palo Town I didn't though much of it and think that it is only going to give me attack size potions when I use it, I asked to trade it for something while watching this video and the guys offered me 2 jewels for my Clover because if this video I declared myself the happiest man for 2 mins

I honestly think Blox Fruit’s approach to stat reset is way better. Being able to switch your build so easily is really fun and opens the door to a lot of experimentations. Despite me not liking BF that much it was honestly really fun messing around with niche builds. I’m not saying that AO should make it that easily to stat reset but it shouldn’t cost an arm and an leg to be able to stat reset. (It’ll probably be changed when dark sea comes out so that’s a bit better)

Well on the other hand, being able to instantly switch skillpoints without issue like its fuckin' YBA on steroids does sorta take away the "significance" & importance of picking a niche you like. Since if your current build got nerfed in the precense of such a feature, then there would be less players that try to "ride the wave" and fight for their favorite build's popularity, since you could at ANY TIME just... switch to the objectively better build in the meta? Which would ultimately lead to a more homogeneous player-base that exclusively play the objectively greatest meta-build due to being able to switch at ANY TIME. So that is why he chose to limit their switching ability. *TLDR: Free stat changes would lead to half the playerbase being able to become Magma + Fire mages overnight.*

@@BobbinRobbin777 Everything has it’s ups and downs and I agree with your take, I wasn’t trying to say that AO should do the BF approach, I was just using BF as an example for why making it easier to stat reset is beneficial. In a game that is heavily focused on your stat build I think having easier access to stat reset is the way to go. This way people that got bored with their build, people that didn’t liked the build they chose, and people that just want to mess around can do so easier. As I said it might change when dark sea comes out but currently making the potion cost an arm and an leg just doesn’t seem like the best approach imo.

@persianbrucelee1723 And then what? You got really good with a build, you had fun with it, and you got pretty much everything out of it. Now you want to try something else but you have to sell an arm and leg for it or make a new file. Making a new file only really works now since the game is pretty short currently but as the game gets bigger it’ll become a absolute chore to grind levels for a new file. And also immersion breaking is subjective.

Bro for me inst worth it, seasonals cannot be obtaneid but otherwise they are only cosmetic and visual, While Sunken Set gives the most defence in game and you can put alot of buff now with the dark sea update on the armour. Theres no way ill trade a single suken for any seasonal ( anyway i have alot of seasonals too )

It’s annoying how unclear the details on this are, like are they obtained from any chests or just rare ingredient bags or ingredient bags in general? Can luck be used to increase the odds of getting one and are they even that rare or is just finding a rare ingredient bag that drops one rare? And what even are the odds of getting one, I’m assuming it’s high considering it’s value.

The value for the prometheus acrimony sort of crashed since you can also get interchange from Mystery V potions using prismatic geodes found in the dark sea From what some people told me

I used a Stat Reset but now I can't access a 2nd Magic. Got any advice? (I unlocked my second magic, then reset my stats, and I can't access a 2nd magic)

I found it the day of the update in a little patch of plants in whitesummit I traded it since I didn't need to reset stat points for king calvus armor :/, (I don't know for sure if it can be found in chests but I found it in the ground just glowing where u would find other plants)

You could try: -making it a splash/throwable potion using a pinecone -making it a "brew" potion (a potion that can be used multiple times by party members) with jelly fish flesh

@@StupidestStorm i tried brew yesterday and it works us 3 got to reset our stats with 2 left in the brew. With the 2 left you could either keep them to use them later or save it in a bottle

Nah its balanced. If you made a mistake on your build than thats your fault and if you wanna fix it than you should grind for it. and if you want to reset everything about your stats and make a new build entirely than it shouldnt be easy to obtain. Because if it was easy to obtain people would be having a new build every day. The rarity on it is pretty fair for its result so yeah

​@dascreeb5205 agreed, it's not like one build is significantly more powerful than another (metas have increased damage but you can still fight without using the meta) and it shouldn't be as rare that you need to trade an entire sunken set to get one. I dont even think vertex wants it to be that way either because when the dark sea update comes it will be much more common regardless of what we say

It depends on a players skill to play against a meta build with a non meta build. And also I don't think it's worth a sunken armor piece. And of course it's gonna be more common by the time of the dark sea update people would have grinded a bunch of those by the time comes and the time for the dark sea update is still pretty far.

god is good because i was just searching this up and was sad that i wouldn't be able to reset my stats but i decide to check anyways and low and behold a dam prometheus acrimony i have no clue when i got but i'm incredibly thankful for my luck

Man i need to reset my stats. Didnt know how useless is a savant build with a level cap of 125. Summed up, my stats are not able to use ultimate attacks or old weapons so every player just wipe me out without any effort

I was able to trade that legendary stat reset flower for 20000 galleon when I found it in the common sh!tty chest with no luck boost

I feel like you shouldn't have to grind for hours for a single item just to change up your build a little. Vetex were smoking on that good good when they made this update

chests are lowkey a stupid way to get it, it would be better if there was a boss and it had a low chance of dropping it

im so happy this update is finally out, because when the free stat reset came out, i switched to warlock for "meta", then got bored quickly. I dont care if i am bad, i can destroy half of palo town using nuclear bombs

If you reset your stats after you got your awakening, does it reset your entire build and you can put points into strength, even if you were a mage, or are you stuck with the stats your build locked in?

It also resets your awakening. If you reset your stats, you can make a new build with its corresponding awakening.

Whether or not this becomes more farmable in the future, either through adding an actual set location for it, or increasing its drop rate, I think a really good limitation to something as stupidly game changing as "Stat-reset" potion, would simply be to limit the amount of Stat-resets a character can have. Excluding of course, the free resets you get. I think a good limit would be 3. I say this because it would just be so lame, if lets say the Meta changes, you just go to an existing build, tweak the stats, and boom you got a new and "fresh" meta build.

Bruh all of my saves are just bad stat allocation, and since the interchange potion is so expensive and rare, and all my items are garbage to offer for it so I can’t fix my saves. I’m not sure if anyone has a spare interchange potion, but for now I have no seasonal damage and can’t solo bosses so I don’t know what I’m gonna do.

I’ll probably get 50 strong scrolls before a get a f*cking white clover from a chest or bag
