INGREDIENTS:
Lamb, goat meat or beef
Cow skin or cow tripe
1 Smoked mackerel fish
1/2 Cup blended crafish
2 Okpehe
4 Ehu seeds
2 cups roasted blended peanuts
1/3 cup palm oil
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 habanero or scotch bonnet pepper
4 garlic cloves (optional )
1 cup of freshly washed bitterleave
Salt to your taste

Thanks for watching dear! I used sea salt but not the normal we use in cooking but you can also roast in the oven or use sand
