⅓ cup plus ¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
6 tablespoons all purpose flour

@Molly Baz My mom and sister were both recently diagnosed with celiac, but minus the flour acting as a binder/stabilizer this looks like it could be gluten free. Would another flour work okay or is the gluten what’s providing the structure?

While I haven't tried this specific recipe yet, I've had good success subbing 1:1 King Arthur's measure for measure GF flour in other cheesecakes where the quantity of flour is low relative to the structure of the eggs and cheese.
whatever the final name of this cheesecake is... I'm naming my firstborn after it.
I don't like honey that much but this looks amazing (and I'm a sucker for sesame). Plus Molly looks great in this vid 🙂
As a chef in the states, how do you navigate the food systems / garbage ingredients with glyphosate in everything ? Do you spruce exclusively organic?

There is organic milk in the US, including cheese products, and produce from fields that can't have been sprayed with Roundup for several years.
