How to Make the Easiest Pulled Pork - No Trim or Injection | Heath Riles BBQ

Ойын-сауық

I used used my easy no-binder no-trimming method to prepare a Prairie Fresh pork shoulder butt on the Traeger Timberline 1300 pellet grill. The pork butt is wiped dry, then sprinkled with two of my sensational BBQ rubs. After smoking for a few hours, the meat is coated in my Tangy Vinegar BBQ Sauce, then wrapped in foil. The wrapped pork butt is put back on the Traeger and smoked to perfection. Once rested, the result is juicy, tender pulled pork that’s perfect for the hungry crowd at your next backyard party or gameday tailgate.

Hey Southern Bro Heath: I saw you on Malcolm Reid's channel and then got your rubs at Amazon and Wslmart. I moved from Biloxi, MS to Hill Country Texas and today followed your Easy Pulled Pork pellet grilled recipe. It's all I can do to leave it in my dry cooler! When I "burp" it (inside the house in my kitchen) it's like Pork Butt aphrodisiac Candy! When I probed it after the 8 hr mark, it was like soft butter! This is a 10 Lb Package of Joy for so many of us tomorrow! Thank you Sir for Blessing our Outdoor BBQ Experience. Into the Smoke in Texas, JohnMark 🤠

Followed this one (pretty much) by the book. The result was fantastic! Had a few different sauces available for our guests to put on their sandwiches along with homemade slaw (your Vinegar Tangy Sauce ... a homemade South Carolina style mustard sauce ... and a local St. Louis favorite sweet and smoky sauce). My daughter's boyfriend tried a different approach with his plate ... nachos (yellow corn tortilla chips with melted shredded cheddar on top ... followed by a layer of the pulled pork with SC mustard sauce drizzled on top ... topped off with homemade slaw. I tried it that way the next day and for me it was the star of the show (and that's high praise ... the sandwiches were so good). Thanks for the recipe Heath! ... this one is a real keeper.

My family loves pulled pork and I only ever use your rubs on it, just tried the jalapeño n garlic with the peach rub last weekend and man the kids and my wife’s family went nuts over it, made it with slider buns, homemade slaw and tortillas, had enough for 2 nights if it, thanks mate
