1 onion
3 habanero’s
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 bunch green onions
2 rosemary sprigs
1 tsp fennel seeds
Suya spice (optional)
Oil
Bell peppers
2 thumbsize ginger
5 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon

The fish was well seasoned and I can imagine the taste the next day,Chai. I prefer using my hand when rubbing the seasoning even though 3y3 aa,3sheshe me 😂😂😂. Haha food bloggers wahala
