i had mine since 2nd grade

ive been using this method for little stick and pokes and its been working great so far and none of them got infected and haven't really faded. it takes me a while but its definitely worth it

I tried doing this like a year ago and my brother heard my banging a candle on the table to try crush the graphite (I didn’t have a hammer) and he was like wtf are you doing so I’m trying to find another way. I could order India ink and say it’s for art but im cheap

I was so happy when I found two pencils, but they dont look like ive been seeing in other videos.. Everyone used a pencil that looks like this - ✏️ yellow.. but I have a pencil that is blue and and yellow with stripes. Both write in the same gray tone. Apparently they are both 2,2mm (dont know what it means) and im just wondering.. If I can use those to tattoo myself? Ive did a stick and poke before but it was with pen ink. It didnt get an infection nor did the tattoo fade. I know how to take care of tattoos and etc.

The hardest part is taking the graphite out the pencil 😩

The led will be As fine as possible n as for consistency not to watery you only wanna add drops while u mix remember its for stick and poke not a machine so u don't have a barrel to catch n hold your ink so a little thickness is good

Can I use a color pen? Those pencils with color type thing?

When I was in back in the 80s we would use fountain pen ink, or straight up pen ink, no joke!

What is the consistency of the graphite an water ..... Also .... Can I use a marker with a neetle melted at the tip with thread wrapped around the needle ? I used that method for a stick an poke before. Can I use the same thing with this ?

U ALWAYS GOTTA make new ink n use new needles, even after another session, plus this ink will dry up after about an hour or so

Any aftercare we should know about? Also could you get a infection from this?

Needle goes in about the width of a dime and to make a needle take a lighter spring and stretch it over a candle then after that you pop it by keeping the spring in one spot of the flame then finally to sharpen it use sand paper to roll it on oh and use a lighter on the needle when your done to sanitize it ,I’m not good at texting so I hope you can understand my gibberish

You can use this for stick n poke n a machine but I say only stick in poke because it takes alot of this ink to be made for a machine my whole left leg is tattooed with this ink oh n make sure it's a number 2 pencil only nothing else.

You will keep adding drops until you get it to your liking but don’t forget a thicker ink is better for stick n poke and a thin ink is good for a machine

Yo bro when I tat myself there is usually droplets of blood coming out so I know I have to be doing it right and I use a homemade machine. My problem is that after a week, the tattoo peels off mostly and parts of the tat is gone and the whole tat is pretty faded. What do you think im doing wrong?

Make sure your only using a num 2 pencil and with the ink not setting I could be numerous things such as not going deep enough or like I mentioned before the type of pencils your using I've never used a machine with this ink only a stick n poke and even the tattoo on the palm of my hand is still there try stick n poke because if you keep running the same area your going to scar yourself badly and your aftercare has alot of play as well like if your dry healing or using a healing product. It's hard to go into depth with my honest opinion because I can't see the tattoo.
