This beef liver is just too delicious, I love the tip of soaking the liver in milk first!

Fried liver sounds pretty good. I didn't know that soaking it with milk get rid of the strong taste. Thanks I've learned something today! 👍

I'm not sure about soaking iron-rich liver with milk. It could affect the iron in liver, just like we don't heat up yoghurt cause of live cultures. Interestingly, may be that's why the strong taste that is likely due to iron fades.

Never too old to learn new things..never knew about the soaking in milk....this recipe is wow...weldone
