You'll Need:
1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 tomato
Lettuce
Sour Cream (or greek yogurt)
Taco Cheese (Mexican Blend)
Wonton wrappers
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Cook your meet with seasoning
4. Line each muffin cup with a wonton wrapper.
5. Add your taco meat to a muffin cup, filling it about 1/2 way.
6. Add a pinch of cheese to the top of your meet.
7. Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes until cups are heated through and edges are golden.
8. Now top with sour cream (or greek yogurt), lettuce and tomato.
