I tried it today and it amazingly worked same as shown in video. Took 5-7 mins to make, no mess at all and no pain. I tried this earlier and it works. Instead of me immediately kneading the mixture, I used the spoon handle to mix/knead it for me and then when it's warm enough to touch, that's when I slowly applied it on my skin and it worked. :D

Jannat Ferdaus I believe, waxing pulls your hair, so it damages your hair follicles, and the hair grows thinner, unlike shaving. But if you do laser hair removal, then after a few sessions , your hair will stop growing, but again, if you have hormone problems, then hair might grow back I hope this helped sis😌

I'm definitely going to try this. I've made two different batches now (from other tutorials) and they only work with strips. One of them was cooked for a long time and is very dark but not hard, and since I live in a warm climate it gets even softer as soon as it touches my hand. I can't flick it off, in fact I bruised my arm from practicing, it stuck to me and pulled at the same time without coming off. The comments on this video are giving me hope!

Thank you for this! The color guide from this video really helped in making my own. I'm never buying hair removal products again!! I really love the eco-friendly aspect of this too! 3 easy ingredients, no paper/plastic waste! For first timers (like I just was), the process is different than traditional waxing (as you probably know if your'e here) so there is a different technique for removal. It's not hard to figure out, but could be frustrating if you've never seen it first hand. I've gotten sugared before and I think watching someone who had their technique down helped me to understand how to work the sugar. It still took me a minute to understand how to manipulate the wax and pull for the most removal (I had to do several passes in one spot which wasn't different than when I had it professionally done) but I figured it out quickly and I'm very happy with the results. Watching videos on here also helped to see the technique. My mixture bubbled heavily and I turned it up and down several times to try to see the color, but I suggest cooking at med-high heat until the mixture (bubbles and all) starts darkening up from a light honey color, then taking off the heat for a moment to let the bubbles settle and check the color, placing it back on until it was an amber color. This recipe made more than I expected so I'll probably do 1/2 the amount next time. I'm also going to buy some arrowroot powder to help the sugar target the hairs (and not my skin) better. Wiping it off with just warm water was easy for clean up (I skipped the towel to avoid a mess). You can do it! Good luck! Thanks again Minisha!!

@@kateh1417 I actually didn't end up getting the arrow root powder, I just try to use the sugar wax after I shower & exfoliate & before I use lotion and it works well for me. With all the lawsuits surrounding talcum powder & cancer I personally wouldn't use talcum though

Damn, it looks so easy. This is so much helpful. The fact that i could store it, amazes me. Because i have been using the wax right after it's been made, hOt wax.

You should also include the time to cool it after heating...people can get burns..

I was afraid to touch it without water if it sticks so as I wet my hands again and again to pull it out of the bowl it went more sticky and finally it got ruined. i tried this three times and failed miserably! They are lucky who get it right.

If it’s hard put in in the microwave for 30 seconds . Add 2 tablespoons of water and stir . Put in again in the microwave and stir it again . Repeat if it’s not like a bit loose honey consistency . Let it cool check whether it became okay. If it’s too loose cook it again and if it’s still hard put more water and microwave it again

Actually wax should get apply in the hairs growth direction and should pull opposite to it.
