Ingredients:
150 grams sugar
+ 3 tbs water
Combine and cook on a medium heat until slightly to dark caramel according to your wish.
Make sure that its foamy , spread immediately on a patch paper and lift it up gradually to create the holes and create the lace effect.
Make sure to wear protective gloves or be very careful because caramel is very hot and can cause severe burns.
