Hi, everyone. I want to share with you my way of making spring rolls. This is Vietnamese version. I like it when the filling is mixed with glass noodles.
Ingredients:
.150 G glass noodles
.1 tsp salt
. glasses water
. Frozen 40 pieces spring rolls
.3-4 tbsps oil. I used sunflower oil
.2 Yellow onions, finely chopped
.6 finely minced garlic cloves
.400 G minced chicken
.200 G finely chopped carrots
.340 G cabbage
.80 G Leek ( 1 small leek) sliced
.1 tbsp chicken broth powder (3-4 chicken cubes)
.1 tsp Coriander seeds powder
.1 tsp black pepper powder
.2 tbsps dark soy sauce
.25 G celery leaves (3-4 tbsps)
for sealing:
.3 tbsps flour
.7-10 tbsps water
.1/2 liter oil for frying
.sweet and sour sauce for serving

.3 el bloem (ik gebruikt patent)
.7-10 el water
olie voor roerbakken en frituren
