Thank you Matt I really needed this video as I have been obsessing too much lately as my SP is ghosting me and has admitted that but I want him back in my life so desperately. I am manifesting and use the techniques on your videos. I am going to stop sharing quotes on Facebook on relationships as that is what I have been trying to do in a subliminal way to get my SP’s attention and I was obsessing when he was online on FB and now I think he has turned that off as I can’t see his last online time. I will now focus my energy on myself and be more grateful. My SP will return to me. 🙏🏼💫
