+legocruz Natural latex is usually 40/1000 of an inch thick while Theraband Gold is 34/1000 of an inch thick. You can still use the same dimensions though, it will just be slightly stronger with the natural latex. And just if you didn't know, just divide your draw length by 5 to get the right band length.

martin vallejo You can buy Theraband Gold online from Amazon or Ebay. Mine was $9 for about 2 meters or 6 feet. With that amount of rubber, you can make between 8 and 15 different bandsets.

I buy it online. You can use any flat exercise bands though, it does not have to be theraband.
