H O W T O
1. Gather your tools and materials. Download the Filler Flowers below.
2. Cut wafer paper according to the template using scissors or a cutting machine.
3. Using a small vodka, spray each petal.
4. Place petal on the Flower Pad and shape it using a ball tool to soften.
5. Wrap a small strip of wafer paper on a 30 gauge wire to make a flower bud.
6. Apply a small amount of wafer glue to each petal and attach to the bud.
7. Using floral tape assemble Wafer Paper Filler flowers on a branch.

It is easy to do but as these are very minute one it requires lot of time to do each task in their making from cutting of small flowers to its completion .

You can absolutely use water. I don't use alcohol either, it is just for a video. Or you can download my wafer paper conditioner recipe astashkinacakes.com/email and use it in a spray bottle

You can substitute with purified water or cooled down boiled water.

distilled water it is not for human consumpsion not because it is toxic but because it doesn't have any salts and minerals necessary for well functioning of the body, that are found in the natural water. A day to day consumption of distilled water, that has even another ph value, it's not healthy. But in here, is not like you drink 2 l of distilled water

Anna...Can I use CMC as a gum glue?

You can try, but I personally had no luck with gum glue on wafer paper. I would rather use a touch of water in place of wafer paper glue.
