no. this inverter generate square wave. square waves are not good for AC motors because the harmonics present in the wave can burn the motor.

you can always touch a single wire of 120V as long as you are not touching the ground earth at the same time. touching two wires simultaneously will definitely electrify you.

Up to 50Watts. And output voltage is NOT regulated. Output frequensy - all over places. Mostly it depends on load and transformer's inductance.
