It is a Video Tutorial of complete process of RTV Liquid Rubber Mold making for Jewellery Making.
What is RTV mold?
Room Temperature Vulcanization (RTV) molding is a type of Liquid Rubber molding, Where wax Replicas are made by using this mold via Wax injection process in Jewellery Making Industry.
It is dose not require high temperature and Vulcanizing Press Machine to make rubber mold like normal rubber mold making process. The RTV is a silicon liquid rubber and mixed with 7-10% hardener followed with Vacuum Pressure to make its mold for using in jewellery making process.

can the kaya cast vacuum work for removing the air bubbles inside the mold?

I dont know about the Kaya Cast but i use 12 CFM power vacuum pump for 10" diameter x 12" height Vacuum Chamber for my casting and Vacuum of RTV mold making. Thanks for your query.
Las burbujas,don difíciles de eliminar,personalmente uso un pincel de pelo de camello y pinto el modelo conn el yeso que voy a emplear( para que el yeso dental no frague de inmediato hay que agregar unas gotas limón agrio)esto retarda el secado.(si desea retardar el fragado agrege limon agrio,si desea acelerarlo sumar gotas d agua con sal.
