Barbecue food gets more smokiness which adds a lot of great flavour. Charcoal and wood grills give great flavour. Even gas grills can still give some decent smokiness.

If you squirt the lemon on it (before) grilling, it’s gonna dehydrate most of it. Highly recommend putting the lemon/lime on after 🙂

Do a chutney vid, like the green coriander and garlic one. It's soo good. I'm sure you've had it. Also try it instead of mixing with yoghurt, mix with ketchup. And try in a wrap or kebobs or something

This is my favorite food. You nailed it but in Turkey we usually dont make them look like hot dogs so we make them little bit flatter. But that is just look and it is not that İmportant, its just felt little weird seeing it like this.

@@ki7561 The Mughals introduced seekh kebabs to the subcontinent and they were central asian turkic people. So yeah, that's why Pakistan, Iran and Turkey all have their variations of this kebab.

I am from India, I saw lots of guys arguing this food is Pakistani,Indian Turkish etc. Where ever it is from why do u care? Why are u fighting for this kind of small things and wasting time? I suggest instead of wasting time by fighting Just enjoy the making of food in this video and try to make this food in your home and enjoy it.

It's originally from Turkey and it was invented by Muslims so it's more popular in Pakistan Iran Nd middle east. It's only Indians who claim every food for themselves.

Bruh where the hummus and that onion thingy, NAAAAW g you eatin it while missing out on smth, along with the peppers put tomatoes wait until they are almost burnt then peel them and put them into a large bowl with some diced peppers, you should also make hummus and that other onion salad with basil (I think it's something green idk how to pronounce it in English) and then put em all in a sandwich and put that phat boye on the grill and let it crisp up a bit and there you have it baby best sandwich you'll ever have just made it yesterday I really reccomend

Oooh childhood. Even if im from the balkans which normally aren't the place where you'd think you get this food aswell but turkish influence is still present. Brings back memories to an open fire with the family relaxing and talking.
