If you want to create something that's actually WAX try mixing some clear dollar store lip balm with some face powder in your shade.Check the ingredient list of the lip balm to make sure there's beeswax in it before you buy the lip balm.

It might not stay for an hour....but you can use spirit gum to make it last longer

You can use any thick fluid like transparent glue or syrup. ..but honey will give you proper blood like consistency.

If we not have food colour than we can use paint color
