Our recipe today is Indian samosa 🔥😋
Here is the English and Farsi recipe:
Ingredients for the dough:
- 3 glasses of flour
- A quarter cup of oil or ghee
- A teaspoon of salt
- A teaspoon of cumin seeds
Depending on the type of flour, a cup of water may be needed more or less
Method:
Mix flour with salt and cumin
Then add water gradually and knead
Cover the dough and rest for half an hour
Filling method:
Fry the onions in oil
Then add garlic and cumin powder and fry
Add salt, black pepper, turmeric, and curry powder.
Then add the potatoes and mix them
Finally, add coriander and turn off the heat and let the filling cool
We divide the dough and spread it and cut it in half
We moisten the edges with water and glue the edges together and fill
Fry the samosas in plenty of oil until they turn brown.

✤ مواد لازم برای خمیر:
- 3 لیوان آرد
- یک چهارم فنجان روغن یا روغن
-یک قاشق چایخوری نمک
- یک قاشق چای خوری دانه زیره
- بسته به نوع آرد ممکن است یک فنجان آب بیشتر یا کمتر مورد نیاز باشد
روش:
آرد را با نمک و زیره مخلوط کرده و
سپس آب را به تدریج اضافه کرده و ورز دهید
روی خمیر را بپوشانید و نیم ساعت استراحت دهید
روش پر کردن:
پیازها را در روغن تفت دهید
سپس پودر سیر و زیره را اضافه کرده و تفت دهید
نمک، فلفل سیاه، زردچوبه، و کاری را اضافه کنید.
سپس سیب زمینی ها را اضافه کنید و آنها را مخلوط کنید
در آخر گشنیز را اضافه کنید و حرارت را خاموش کنید و اجازه دهید فیلینگ خنک شود
خمیر را تقسیم می کنیم و آن را پهن می کنیم و از وسط نصف می کنیم
لبه ها را با آب آغشته می کنیم و لبه ها را به هم می چسبانیم و پر می کنیم
سمبوسه ها را در روغن فراوان سرخ می کنیم تا قهوه ای شوند.
