I ve been making this for more than 2 years now.same recipe. Before that i used to try different recipes and everytime i never liked my sambhar. This one came as life saver. So always i come back to this.

Excellent recipe. I was looking for sambar powder specially in lock down period as Brahmin Sambar Powder is not available at many stores. I am a blind follower of Smitaji as all her recipes are excellent and way she explains is very simple and easily understood considering all possible doubts. Instead of buying from market, this is a good idea of getting tasty sambar powder at home.
