I love Julia in this video! She made me feel like her best friend sitting on the other side of the counter, sipping lemon ice, and watching her cook! Made me smile 😁! Sending lots of love 💖 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵. 😷

Me too! Though all those drinks having only 1 shot split between all of them sets off my inner scooby doo, RUH-ROH?
Love to watch you, Julia! Thank you!
Julia is real people. Great teacher.
I ABSO-FRIGGIN'-LUTELY LOVE MS. JULIA!!!! She & Ms. Bridgette are two of the reasons I watch ATK & Cooks Country!!!
Just love this yummy and so easy to prep meal. Citrus is the Yin to fish's Yang. You always suggest the best gadgets, too. You absolutely ROCK, Julia!
Loved the new slaw option. I usually use a cabbage slaw with onions, carrots a crushed clove of garlic and a bit of lemon. From PNW, Washington State-we eat lots of salmon both locally and from Alaskan waters.
I'm with you on everyone advancing their knife skills. Especially home cooks like me. Perfect how you hold the knife for different applications, and the use of your 'claw' hand. Then, over time, increase your speed, incrementally. Most of us, like me, probably will never reach your skill level, because we will never work full time in a professional kitchen. I've split hundreds of cords of firewood, and tons of kindling. For the latter, I make planks out of old growth western red cedar, that's been lying on the ground for decades. Think cedar shingles. My hand is a blur as I split the plank into foot long matchsticks with a razor sharp hatchet. I can even close my eyes as I do this. Pretty much the same technique as with knife skills. (I like to show off as well, when someone is watching.)😄 Love your videos Julia.
ii literally had all the ingredients in front of me when this video dropped. Great recipes.

Even the tequila? 😂
OMG I cannot wait to try this! Not sure about the slaw, but the salmon tacos and the lemon lime tequila ice, I'm THERE!
No one can beat Julia on knife skills.
I think I love watching you in your own element. Funnier and hyper!
Additional ideas! I like making tons of citrus zest and bag it with some paper towel and freeze it (this keeps it from weeping and freezing together). I put some on a bowl of yogurt with some vanilla extract and honey and it makes a simple breakfast - it's often said the zest has more fpavour than the juice without the sourness! Also for those who have trouble with any grains, we ran out of flatbreads and shells and I tried using a big strong collard green to hold the fillings. Doesn't shatter like a hard shell, extra veg, and can be done with young kale or romaine leaves too!
Julia is like mike sister and I chillen on the weekend...Good times baby...Love ya sis!!
That addition of collards is something I would have never ever thought of this a recipe to try Julia !!!
Where can I find that juicer?
13:00 I totally agree with the bench scraper ... they're WONDERFUL.
I could really party with Julia, because I'm a total dork, too. But she is The Master.

💚💜💙 Love this video and have made my grocery list. This is perfect for those of us who want more veg and fish. Thank you!

Great episode!
Need to try all of these!
Sounds delicious!
I cant wait to try this recipe 😋
Hi Julia! Thank you for uploading this! I'm excited to make this. Planning on making this on Sunday to celebrate the beginning of the NFL season. PS: It always looks like you're having a lot of fun. ❤

Barbie’s lime juicer at 1:52
Cool knife.
I would love the lemon-lime ice, not sure about the slaw and I love salmon! You did a great job!
I would have added the green radish tops to the slaw or crema. They can be a bitter but delicious 😋.
Where can you find the juicer?
Love the lemon lime ice, and maybe using Parma Liquer. 💓
Damn, those cooking skills 🔥
yum
☺Thank you for *finally* posting an intact version of a Julia at Home episode instead of those God-awful hacked up clips of this episode you uploaded six months ago. 🤦🏼♀
I would absolutely LOVE to get those ice trays with the covers to avoid the spillage and off flavors! Where can we get these?
21:10 "I don't want to make catfood here ...." Classic line ;-)
Please, Julia, tell us the brands of the juicer and the small food processor. Pretty please?
The tacos look delicious. The trash bowl is a daily necessity!!
Where do you buy that electric juicer?! What brand is it? Thanks!
I’m looking for a lead on the electric (pink) juicer. I want one…but it isn’t linked in notes. 😢
I’ll split the tacos three ways with myself, you and Greer! Y’all can have all the tequila; just give me a red beer or a store-bought Chelada.
Your so fun to watch
Hank, it's salmon! They put salmon in the fish tacos, Hank! They're ruining everything.
Just have one question, do you deliver?
Hey Julia!! What was that knife you were using there? The blue-handled one? Thanks in advance!! CC

Not even Close to enough Tequila. LOL
cant get collard green here... substitute please?
I usually don't comment, I just "masterfully" replicate the recipes 👀 👀 lol lol 🤣😅 "You only really need about a tablespoon or two, but two tablespoons for the full batch - this is about half a batch, so I'm just gonna add that..... and THAT for "good luck".....[with the blank "I've gotta do it" look] I can remember being told, "ABC!".... " always b cleanin' " 😄..... waste bowls ARE helpful, lol. The "dork" tips AREN'T dorky... I enjoy the show off, lol. The crema.... 😁 Thanks for the onion tip 💯 I usually small chop, or mandolin radishes... grass clippings, lol... The salmon 🙌🏿 Imagining a bite, then the finger kiss like the Italians do, yep.... mmhmm. I'm just gonna make the ice now, hell...... where's that 🍾.... it's 5 somewhere... Love you, Julia.... you rock 💪🏿💯
Lol “learned the hard way” re: what has alcohol in it. My family used to reserve a big mezzanine for huge Mother’s Day brunches. 8 year old me thought I was getting a fancy stemmed glass of orange juice. Nope 😂 Thankfully an adult noticed.
I am almost certain they posted this one already!
I'd leave out the hot sauce, and go virgin on the ice.
You're not a dork. I've been keeping a trash bowl for years.

Same here, but the "trash" are the scraps that get in the yardwaste, or better yet, the compost.

@@jhwilliams6550 Yes, anything used for food waste/compost is fine here in my opinion but fortunately, the yeardwaste is compost where I live as anything can go in, that means meat scraps, fat, egg shells, coffee grounds etc are all good as they use an efficient method of compsting that can break it all down quickly within I think a month, so things like meat scraps etc which are usually off limits are OK.

It's called shopping wisely and look for sales on items and then freeze or by frozen and then thaw to cook are some ways you can reduce the costs.
Ms. J, you say don't skip the sauce... I will make it but I will not eat it. It's made of a lot of stuff I do not like and will not eat.
way too much talking
