If I were a goldsmith, I would never want to make a ring like this. I would refuse. A pity about the time, a pity about the noble material. Certainly, looked at in a superficial view it is beautiful and decorative, but absolutely pseudo also, because no true king and no true nobleman would ever wear something like that. Only petit-bourgeois would-be nobles without any knowledge about the real nobility do that. In doing so they immediately reveal what they are and where they belong. How embarrassing it must be wearing such a decoration and meet with a real noble or with somebody with good knowledge about the noble world. One shouldn't adorn oneself with such elements or do it at least in a correct and customary way. I think a goldsmith and any other artist should and must also consider this not just his handicraft. He has a responsibility also in respect of the cultural history and in respect if the fact that heraldy is a science.

This is so beautiful. I would love to have a ring like this.

Hello i have a question, should all 18k yellow gold be the same color? I have 2 pieces/styles of 18k gold ring bought from different stores in italy but one is more yellow than the other. Is it normal? Thank you for your response.

@enemydown2314 Hello, yes, it is quite normal for 18K gold to be 75% pure gold (999.9K) and the remaining 25% other components, the shade of gold depends on these components. If in doubt, you can go to any jewelry store and ask for a sample analysis. Have a nice day.
