Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I quit wearing hair ties because it causes tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

Use Minoxidil over the Counter. Don't have braids pulling your hair. Pay attention to your scalp. Eat a Mediterranean Diet Walk briskly 30 minutes daily

After soaking and straining,, is that any use of that rosemary leafs now?

After spraying to hair we should leave hair and no hair wash required

Is it 3 cups hot water

No you use it immediately but it can last up to two weeks in the fridge before you need to throw it out and make another batch

Boul the water first then add rosemary or pour the hot water over the rosemary. Leave it to cool completely then store it in the refrigerator.

Depends on genetics, but on average, it will take weeks, that is if you are consistent with it, patient enough, and you don't do things that will stunt growth and decrease your hair's volume
