Hi Jerry, recently found your channel, thanks for the clear & nice explanations. Quick question (maybe a silly one), but when i want to shorten up my audio file, it gets cropped instead of smaller. Any tip for me?

In the top left of the playlist (underneath where the play and stop button are) there should be a magnet icon. Click this and it will give you options for your snap-to-grid. If you select none then you will have the freedom to shorten or lengthen as you please, but if you select 1/4th beat for example it will only shorten or lengthen to the nearest 1/4th beat.

We need a template that includes very setting to make a beat clean and full .we deserve some gift after watching you please .

Well the entire point of making tutorials is so the viewers can go apply these techniques to their own mixes. There is no template that has every setting or preset that you’re looking for to make your beat clean. Just learn basic leveling, EQ, compression, and saturation. From there, you’ll have the foundational tools you need to make a good mix.
