This week I made Red Cakes, this delicious cake is a South African treat we grew up eating. Dipped in sweet jam and covered in coconut. You cannot go wrong with this treat for any afternoon tea.

Hey! 👋🏾 No I didn’t add water. If it gets sticky/hard. Put the pot of jam back on the stove to heat it up and then it’ll become smooth
