There are other ways to use the decimate modifier than lowering the ratio. I like to split between ratio, planar, and unsubdividing since it keeps the topology from breaking.

Hey! Just wanted to point out, Roblox does support meshes up to like 10M. There is a new Mesh importer under Beta Features…the new mesh importer will appear under Plugins.

it supports 50k until it goes to a rlly bad shape an decimates itself to a lower quality

I tried to make the simple rock in blender but I just couldn't figure out how you rotated and added the triangular pieces. all I could do was place down a cube and resize it a little. Do you think you could do a small blender tutorial or post some realistic rocks to the marketplace?

Maybe you could just show us the inputs you used as I and I think a few others are confused on the part near 1:40 where you are bending the cube and adding more to it

Press E, then Z, now you got it, but a quicker way is just clicking the top, and holding ctrl while right clicking

select the square then click object mode then edit mode then youll see little dots above the square click them all while holding ctrl then press e and move your mouse and then click t to get the menu to move its location

Instead of using decimate, you could also do tris to quads.

You can find some pre made pbr ones in tool bar if you cant make them

Bro.. roblox downscales all images to 1k it doesn't matter which resolution you choose it will always be 1k

You could bake the normals of the high poly mesh into the low poly but it needs better uv unwrapping and you can use an mix color to combine both the pbr and the high poly normal map together but maybe it's a little bit complex
