This was the most eye-opening video to put together, I couldn't believe these success stories! I interviewed two women who started incredible businesses using cricuts in creative ways, they also market and sell in totally different locations. Both of them were able to support themselves and their families in ways they couldn't have imagined just by using their creativity and one machine started it all: the Cricut!

Here's the biggest piece of wisdom I would like to impart to all of you:
I previously thought of a Cricut as a crafty indulgence, when I interviewed these women and realized it was an investment in a business and a small one if you really think about it, my views shifted. This is something you could start-up on the side and it could help pay for part of your rent or your school and keep growing as you go, you can build a legitimate business. These women changed the way I looked at it completely, now more than ever we need to take things into our own hands!
I hope this video is helpful, please ask any questions you have in the comments below! Please share this video with friends and family so they can also see all the ways people are creating businesses and using their Cricut.
Here are some great resources Tali found very helpful, this below is from her directly.

I totally felt that when she said it too! I’ve been that low myself. It’s a very low place especially with a new baby and other littles who depend on you. Diving into something that makes you feel good definitely helps! Having someone to have your back, makes even more of all the difference in the world on top of all that!

I love that too!! My boyfriend encourages me all the time and it is my own self doubt that kills me. If it wasn't for his continous support and encouragement I wouldn't even be starting the process to open my own etsy shop. No matter what fears I have I know he will rally up the troops to help me get my first sales which I am sure will encourage me to continue onward!
I lost my son to suicide and thought I was going die in sorrow. I got a cricut machine and started doing glitter tumblers to remind me of the beauty that is still around me. Helped me so much!!

what do you need help with?
Digitizing images to .SVG files is one business by itself. Selling vinyl separate for another product, such as window decals. Vinyls for businesses to brand shirts and hats is cheaper for them than embroidery. Kitschy kitchen container labels; sugar, flour, granola, just in a envelope and let the buyer apply at home.

I love your video and it has inspired me to finally open my Cricut Explorer. I lost my husband, lost income and feel depressed. He was my biggest supporter. I have always been a person who love creating things to make others happy. I love Love. But now dealing with Cancer again without him has torn me down. I have faith (not to offend anyone) but I need a new purpose to help with my life. Kids are grown and own their own and doing well but this is for me and my independence. I thank God I came across your video. Keep up the great work.
I use silhouette cameo's and have been dabbling with them for years. I always made shirts for friends and family and posted a shirt on my Facebook for the women's march. That weekend it was shared 30k times and made 6 figures! It can happen to anyone!

I have the biggest cricut, the heat press, and materials that came in a bundle deal and I have NEVER used it. It has sat literally for almost 2 years now and not been touched. I have been in such a funk of depression. I lost my dad in 2020 and he was my best friend. I have a background in embroidery and clothing decoration. This is inspiring me to dust it off and learn to get it going! Thank you!
What should everyone take from this is that this applies to everything! Take it from me........I do a completely different thing and I am a 1 person "business" as well working from my living room........and I reached a very "good" income. The sky is the limit. I don't watch KZread for fun - usually only for learning new art techniques. I just bought a Cricut on a really great deal and saw your video on my suggestions. As someone who has struggled and who is now once again reinventing herself, I was so inspired by the women you chose to interview, You have a gift and these women really left me feeling like I can take charge and find my place without being in a job that will drain me constantly. TYVM!!!!
I’m so proud of women! This is just show we don’t give up. Keep strong. I just got my Cricut maker, I’m already a seamstress, I got a cricut was my husband motivated me, he said you can save time cutting fabric. I had surgery and as soon as get better. I need to make my dreams come true!
Wow! This was wonderfully inspirational!!!! Thank you for posting. I am a 74 yr old crafting grandma and my grandson gave me an idea to turn something I've been making for 30 years into a product that could be sold AND be better looking because a circuit machine could do printing and cutting. HA :-) I can't wait to buy the machine and surprise everyone for Valentines day. I, too, am great at being at home & a bit computer shy with zip-nadda marketing skills. You, these 2 lovely young ladies and reading the comments, have inspired me to start the New year 2022 with a new attitude and possible successful new career. Thank you so much and Blessings to everyone!!
These stories really touched me! I’m a new mom & my fiancé works full time I don’t get help at all besides when he’s home. We bought our first circuit machine to start creating & selling. The fact that so many of us can relate & achieve big things is so empowering. Thank you ladies!! :)
I started a business last November with a cricut and since then use other machines too. I made $500 in my first month as well. Eben though every month is different and I've had some hard months since covid hit, I've kept going and it's pulled me out of my depression. I'm not doing near that well yet. But I plan to get there ❤ just one foot in front of the other.

Love that you shared the two ladies on here and how you can do so many different things. I started using my cricut this year to make shirts for sports games cause I wasn’t really liking the ones they offered. We even made about 10 tie-dye shirts that we gave away this year. Looking forward to growing with cricut as this is my 3rd machine. Can’t wait to see what you come up with to share with us, Orly!!🙌❤️❤️
BEST. FRICKIN’. VIDEO. EVER.Thank you soooo much for doing these interviews and sharing their real stories. So inspiring. The links are appreciated more than I can express. Thank you Orly and these two beautiful-souls.
This is a great video Orly! My aunt and uncle couldn't find an embroidery business that would do small orders, like 12 caps for their kid's softball team. So they bought a really nice embroidery machine, set up an Etsy shop, and started doing small orders. That was probably 10 years ago and now they have 6 or 7 machines and it is a full time business. One key that wasn't mentioned is having super clear descriptions of what you can and can't do (designs, shipping, etc) and great communication/customer service. You can have a lovely product but if you misrepresent the size or the colors or don't include language that covers shipping (because you can't be responsible for how long USPS takes) you'll have a lot of headaches.
This has come at the best time for me. I need to add to my income and I have a business but don't know how to start it up. You have motivated me in sewing and now in business plan. I will get it moving do my research to get me that extra income. Thank You Orly you help all of us in so many ways. Keep up your amazing content!!

Wow, this is confirmation for me! Ashlee's story is similar to mine. I am a single mother currently being treated for depression and ADD I didn't know I had until a few months ago. Do you see only one jewelry brand? or sneakers, or skincare etc. There are thousands of brands that sell the same products. It's really about doing something different or that makes your brand stand out. Does not have to be something mayor, it could be better branding, packaging, design material or whatever it is.

This was amazing!! Thank you!!!
This was so helpful and encouraging! I bought a Cricut Maker a few months ago and have been toying around with the idea of selling. Thank you all for sharing!
I'm at the beginning of 2nd month with my business self taught threw youtube working with the cricut maker and I made $200 dollars without working too much just spare time ! I'm looking to double that this month where I'm getting a second store to display my products and was able to score it with only giving the store 30% revenue! Increase from the first store at 43% so proud !
I’m so thankful to come to this page, it’s really inspiring me to follow my heart. I’m currently a RN working on a Med-Surg /Covid unit and a single mom of 3 children. I’m really getting burned out with bedside nursing and I just need a break from healthcare. I’m trying to find a side hustle to give me a breath of fresh air! I will definitely be purchasing a Cricut this weekend 🙌🏽 New subbie❤️
Thank you so much for this. I have been wanting to get started but have been intimidated. I feel so motivated now!!
Hi Orly, thank you soooo much for this video! I have two circuts that I use for tumbler making and I never thought to use them to cut out fabric for my handbags. That’s such an awesome idea! These two women are so inspirational thank you to them for sharing their stories with us and thank you again Orly for interviewing them! 😊💜

Very Thankful for this video ❤
Thanks for the information! Very helpful and appreciated.
This was brilliant ty for all of ur time and efforts
I had two thoughts during this: one, I NEED. A Cricut bc my silhouette machine has always frustrated me and two, after having my own successful Etsy shop (selling vintage decor in my case), THANK YOU for showing people that there are options out there if you want to stay at home with your kids, for whatever the reason. The world is wide open if you take a chance and think outside of the box. Looking forward to your next DIY tho. I enjoy and utilize them so very much. 😊
So dang inspired!!!! I've been pondering using my machine for business, and now I see it's realistic and possible. Thanks for this amazing video.
So inspiring . I cried . Thank you for this
This was so helpful for me. I’m looking to expand what I’m doing. Thank you!
