This is a true definition of a family meal. It's prepared by the whole family, even SHINE HELPED!!!!

That pasta looks so good, we need some more family cooking content from Rissa, Quan, and Shine.

A trick to adding the flour to the sauce is to mix it in a small dish first with some additional milk until it forms a thick and creamy consistency... not like a paste, but more like a batter. Then you add the mixture into the sauce and it thickens up instantly without any lumps at all! No constant stirring necessary, even though Quan's wristwork is impressive! 😆💪💓 And it looks AMAZING!

I love how yall include Shine. Kids can learn how to do things at any age, just make it appropriate for where they are. It looked like he was reaching with his right hand for the garlic powder, so he might already be picking a dominant hand (which is fine). Let him pick, but if he favors one or the other, hand him things in that hand. Sometimes he'll even switch hands himself (when he's picked a hand for real). And that was NOT too much garlic 😂 😂 😂.

Seeing Shine taking part is so adorable.

Shines hair is growing a lot, looking like his mama lol 😂 the food is looking delicious, I love how y’all bond as a family. 💖😍

@@riss_quan6537 we just need to take it back to the old school you are I remember these days when I was a kid Mom and Daddy cooking my daddy could cook my mother cook my mother went to college you know got a degree I don't know how to wear them out to tasks like that God did itI can I can remember back Racine Quan when I was 4 years old so don't tell me babies don't remember cuz they do I was in headstartI remember like it was yesterdaya lot of mothers feel like they just not the nurturing kind and they don't want any kids they make want to adopt don't let nobody make you feel bad because you are just not you don't have that nurturing Instinct like a mother shouldyou can adopt and don't I think a lot of people make women feel bad because they don't have this nurturing mother instinct that's nothing to be ashamed of but this is what a family supposed to look like cuz I remember it in my childhood memories that I'll take with me and cherish forever

Y’all gotta make green seasoning to season your meats. It’s basically blended up onions, chives, parsley, garlic etc with vinegar to preserve and you can store it in the fridge. Powdered seasonings are cool and all but they can’t beat the natural thing 🙂

Rissa that meal looked so good, to be honest I’m Jamaican and it’s my first time hearing about Rasta pasta I’ve done chicken with pasta and Alfredo sauce but I’m going to try this for my family coz we eat nothing but our Jamaican food. Again that meal looked so delicious.
