I’ve looked at so many other videos for making sopita and almost all that I’ve seen have used canned tomato sauce and I just wasn’t down for that . This is my second time making the sopa like how you make it and it came out great, the first time! This will be my new way of making it thanks so much for the video

I grew up in a predominantly mexican and latino neighborhood, n my bsf next door gma made this a cpl times for us when we had sleepovers. Thank you for this video, I’ve made this before but I’m trying to think of upgraded snacks for when I teach my church kids❤️☺️ I like the purée idea as they would probably pick out any veggies 🙄lol.

Marjoram is a nice touch. My mom would do oregano sometimes, but it's such a strong herb, that just a bit too much would ruin the whole taste. lol

thank you! i’m not sure what you mean by hard sticks. you mean like some of the noodles are still raw? if that’s the case i would say just let it simmer until all of the pasta is fully cooked through, it shouldn’t be that much longer though. 😊

Chop some potatoes and let them boil inside the soup and if you wanna make it better add ground beef. Swear down it’s leng leng!

I made it today😊 it was great! I added slice onion, carrot and sauteed with the noodles at the very end, and added a corn and shrimp during the last 10 min of simmering. ❤
