Personally, I think Premiere Pro is better since it looks better and has more features and versatility. It just may be overwhelming to beginners. Vegas is good for beginners with its easy to use setup.

from experience, i tried vegas, filmora and premiere pro, i would say premiere pro is the best one yet because of the new feautures, and the easy interface, and they are adding AI tools to make it easier and save you a lot of time!

@@brandalf2764 it is more advanced and has more feautures, and u can use the free version just fine, so davinci is the best probably, but me i like using premiere pro with after effects, its powerful asf
