Your video was PURFECT!!! THE speed, your voice instruction the recipe was fun and helpful. No need for so many negative comments from people who don't have a clue as to how to shoot s video from their cell phone!! You were informative and professional. If you can we would like to see some healthy ways to utilize the pulp such as a facial mask, create a smoothie etc. Great job!

I happened to remember when struggling with the straining that I had a Nut Milk Bag I bought back when I was making homemade almond milk! Instead of dealing with the strainer or trying to hold cheesecloth, I literally just took the bag, poured the stuff in, and squeezed until I got all the juice out! It worked wonders! If you're ever dealing with tiny seeds and pulp like this, get you a nut milk bag! (and yes, I *am* aware of how funny the bags are named)

Leave the pulp and seeds. There are about 46 grams of sugar. The fiber from the pulp will lessen the insulin spike. Much healthier that way and still delicious.

B 4 opening a pom, roll it, massage it on the kitchen counter about 1 min. No need to cut the top off. Then, over a bowl or plate, score the peel. Then peel. W/ ea section, 'face down' massage the section so the seeds come out. Then process or juice the ariels in your mouth, spitting out the pulp.

According to Greek/Roman mythology Persephone became the queen of the Underworld only because she had accepted to consume food while she was there, which meant that she could never again leave the world of the dead without returning. The fruit she was enticed to consume was a pomegranate. That is why in the ancient world the pomegranate was a symbol of death and usually associated with funeral rites.
