How To Make Pitcher Margaritas For a Party and The Best (EASY) Recipe For Margaritas On The Rocks!

Are you ready? Let's make the best #pitchermargaritas in town!
Nobody likes to play bartender when hosting a party. What we really want to be doing is spending time with our guests! Today, Kelly is going to show you how to whip a single #margarita on the rocks, as well as a make-ahead party pitcher!

First, let's start with a single #margaritaontherocks! You'll need to decide if you want a #saltrim or #sugarrim on your glass before you add ice. Cut up a lime, rub it along the edge of the glass and dip your cup into a small plate equipped with a generous layer of Kosher salt or granulate sugar. Circle it around until you have a nice coating along the rim of the glass!
Now, add the ice to the glass and (surprise) to a shaker! The shaker will help to get your margarita in the glass without splashing liquid around and ruining the salt or sugar rim!
You’ll add the tequila, the orange liqueur, limeade, and fresh-squeezed lime to the shaker. Top it off and give a good shake! Pour the contents of the shaker over the glass with ice, serve and enjoy!
Now, let’s make a batch for the party - the same ingredients, different qualities. The method will change a bit too. No shaker necessary, and you’ll also want to leave out the ice so it doesn’t melt and water down the #margaritamix.

Looking to make home made margarita mix for new years and it's interesting that you mention Simply Limeade because I just came across it on Walmart's website looking for the most cost effective way to get fresh lime juice lol. Gonna have to try the Limeade. Saves me from having to boil sugar and water as well haha

Hi Al! Thank you so much! I got those glasses so long ago, I can't exactly recall, but I think they are the Amici brand? They are a great, high-quality glassware company with thick-walled glasses that keep your cocktails nice and chilled! Don’t see anywhere that says “from scratch”. Just says “best” margarita. Haters man.
