Ingredients of urad dal ki khichdi :---
1/2 bowl rice
1/2 bowl urad ki dal
1 small size fine chopped onion
1 inch fine chopped ginger
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
1 tbsp cooking oil
water as required
