In the past couple of months I have watched more vids on making jewelry, mainly paper beads, than you could imagine...This is the first one that I actually understand everything so clearly. Thank you so much for no noise background, no music, no overtalk, and making everything so clean and crisp to understand..Thank you..I think I understand now.
Definitely a FUN idea and I have loads of paper I can finally use instead of tossing...thanks Gina!
I can remember my grandmother showing me this 50 yrs ago. Had forgotten about making beads this way

OMG! I've watched at least a dozen videos and I have 3 different size paper cutters. Not once has anyone shown or explained that it was possible to use a cutter to make the paper strips for the beads. I have all the materials needed to make the beads, I just couldn't sit here and cut out dozens of strips for my granddaughter and her friends. Now I will precut everything that is not nailed down! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You have made my day, month, year and like the youngsters say - YOU ROCK!
Gina, your paper beads are beautiful. I really like how the embossing powder makes them shine. Thank you for teaching us how to make them.
Love it! I’ve been making paper beads for many, many years! I’ve always used the decoupage or clear nail polish, but now I’m going to use the Thick embossing powder and Versamark. Great idea! Thanks for sharing!
The best way to use your paper scraps ! Thanks for sharing xx
Oh my heavens!!! Now to the store I will go tomorrow and buy some goodies to make these! My grand daughter will get one for sure! Thanks so much for this tutorial, Gina!
Thank you Gina - beautiful bracelets. Thank you for sharing - I am excited to make. Really appreciate your easy to follow instructions and video.
I really liked that idea. I never thought to make paper beads before. I could make a whole jewelry store with all the paper I have.
Gina, those beads are fabulous and beautiful....I’m going to use embossing on my beads. Thank you so much xx Mags
I have made paper beads before! You have done an awesome job! I never thought to use clear embossing powder instead of mod podge. I truly like your idea! Time to give making paper beads another try. Your bracelet is so beautiful!!!!!

Isnt this fantastic? I have so much stuff here now except mod podge so im going out tomorrow and get that. I love ways that are old yet new again.
What a great way to use extra sheets of paper! Thanks for finding this bracelet bead board and all your tips and hints. We live in a small, rural community and don't get out much, so your recommendations are very helpful.
I just saw this and wow did you open my eyes. I make paper beads alot. I'm disabled and like to make them for gifts etc. I have been cutting every strip by hand! Never thought of a cutting board!!! And the embossing. So less messy than dipping in Modge Podge or painting on hardener. Thank you for sharing. Beautiful!
So very happy with this video. I never would have thought to use embossing powder to seal and sine the beads!!! YAY!

Fantastic video Gina! I think using the UTI is the way to go. Thank you.
OMG. You have sparked my interest in making paper beads again. I make some a few years ago but I love your way much better. Never thought of the 12X12 paper pads that I have too many of, using my tripple thick embossing powder. I love, love, love it. Thank you.

Gina, you give EXCELLENT instructions and demonstrations!!!
Uh-ohhhhh, Gina! I feel the urgent need to get busy making paper beads, thank you very much!!! A rush of little Christmas gifts parading through my mind ... Thanks a bunch! Hugggsss from Texas!
Love this, and I hope to try it at some point. What gorgeous beads, and you are right--I think that paper you don't want would be PERFECT for this!!! Gina, years ago I watched your Stamp TV--all because I'd seen a gorgeous card using "A Year Of Flowers" stamp set by Melanie Meuchinger on Splitcoaststampers, and that led me to Stamp TV and buying that stamp set as my first cling rubber stamp set. The first tutorial I ever did of yours was creating cracked glass, so I bought the Utee for that and it lasts a long time. I look forward to trying these beads. Your bracelets are glorious, I can only imagine what a thrill it is for your family and friends to receive your gifts of bracelets. Thank you again for showing us how to make these beads! You are such a blessing to all of us who love and appreciate learning from you. Joanne

So inspirational that I started looking for the tools and eventually found some. Thank you! ❤️😊
Love it, I have not made Paper Beads for years. Definitely have a go at this ASAP. Patricia
Thank you for sharing. I. Remember making these in elementary, glad you brought them back.
Awesome, Gina! Wowzers.....what a great way to use up this MOUNTAIN of patterned paper scraps I have! This looks like fun!
Hi Gina! I've been beading for many yrs. doing peyote, herringbone, bead weaving etc.. but this technique for making paper beads is by far the easiest way I have ever seen. Thanks for sharing this easier way to use up my paper scraps. Can't wait to tryout this technique. I have everything but the little tool to twist paper. I used quilling tool. Thanks again Gina. Also you look fantastic!
Such a great video, well filmed and you speak so eloquently. Thank you.
Gina - these are very cute beads & bracelets . Thanks for the tutorial. I agree those would make nice bracelets for stocking stuffers or extra gifts!

Thanks for showing! Now I know what to do with my scrap paper. I have done quilling before and tried jewelry making but never with paper. Super excited to try this. Thanks again.
I have that paper bead tool and love it. She has great customer service! Also, I dry my beads on toothpicks stuck into a Styrofoam block

Love your video, very clear and helpful. When I do bracelets or necklaces, I use a little spring clip to keep beads from coming off. It is one used to hold papers together but small and works great. Just unclip when you are ready to finish. Love seeing you using the embossing powder. I have been wanting to try it. I also use the gold and silver 2 mm. Caps to finish off my beads. They work great on the small hole beads. Keep up your great videos, they are great.
Thanks. I was one of the yes people. Had not heard of that embossing powder. Fun to try
Thankyou I'd forgotten how to shape the beads so this was a godsend as someone wants a bracelet exactly like one I made for her last year.
Thank you Gina great tutorial, for a first-timer like me, Blessings
I really enjoyed your video today. I never wanted to make paper beads before cause I didn’t really know what you’re expecting I thought paper are you kidding what where that you explained it and then you demonstrated so beautifully that I decided that I’m going to try it myself especially because I’ve got tons of paper I can use. I’ve been watching you for years and I appreciate how specific you are and how to do some things so that we have success. Thank you very much Gina
I just caught this video on paper beads after watching a similar video. I like your method! Love the embossing powder finish! Looks elegant too! Such a great idea!
I love them, thank you for sharing, I must try this method.
Gina this was truly a joy to learn. Thank you so much.
Thanks for this tutorial Gina! You make it look so easy!

Cute! I didn’t care for those papers but once you made them into beads they looked good. The pink bead reminded me of a shell. TFS!
Beautiful Beads! I just started making them and I think I may be addicted! Never thought of using embossing powder. I've been using Diamond Glaze on mine. Thanks for a great video.
Thank you for this tutorial. I have made paper beads off and on for several years and recently have made Pandora-like beads that have an opening designed to slip onto that style bracelet. That style requires 2 strips...one rectangle, one triangle. So fun and so pretty! Your method of coating with UTEE, I have found, is definitely the easiest and results in a nice glass-like finish. In case it is of interest, putting paper bead roller into an ebay search results in 5 roller sizes for just under $10. Thanks again for sharing your creativity.
Gina- fantastic! Such a great craft. I have a fair amount of 12 x 12 paper that are photos..... pine needles, ornaments, roses that I just won’t use in my card or scrapbooking. Can’t wait to try in the am!
Hello I’m new to your channel and I love what you do it looks amazing and it saves money, good idea do you own paper beads than buying beads from the shop. A👍to you and thank you for sharing your beautiful ideas . You take care and stay safe. I hope to hear from you soon 🌈🌺🦋😊💖❤️😘🙏🏻. God Bless you and your family. Cheers!!! From Edith in 🇦🇺
These are beautiful! I've tried paper beads in the past but give up on the little ones. Thanks for sharing your technique I'm going to give it another go.

Beautiful thank you for showing us. xx
So glad you showed paper beads! I make them and your way is so much faster and easier. Thanks!
Love this idea. Thanks for sharing your talents
Omg. I love this. What a great idea. Thank You so much!!!
I love this! I can’t wait to give it a try. Thank you!
Great idea using the embossing powder it seals it and makes it shine
Fun! The blue really does look like a mineral. Super glue is the trick! I had instructions on a special knot that was designed for this slick cord but it never worked. I finally ended up using a crimp bead plus cover bead & that was the iron clad solution. That bracelet is never coming apart again
Hi Gina You are looking beautiful and I thank you for this great tutorial. Such a great way to use up all the paper I thought I would never use on cards etc....I want to go out today and buy the supplies I need, but will hold off and for sure go into town on Monday..Have a great weekend and again thank you. Pat
You made the video we asked for!!!! Yay!!!!!
This is sooooo COOL, Gina....thanks, so much, for sharing your technique for paper beads.
So amazing!!! Thank you Gina!!!
What a natural teacher you are Gina! You started me down the path of card making and although I don’t do that anymore my path has gone the direction of altered books and art journals- but I will always be grateful to you!! Now my question- I wanted to make a paper bead curtain. I am concerned that if I use embossing powder it may melt. Any thoughts on this? Thanks for a great video!
I love this technique. I made paper beads a couple of years ago but this technique is easier. I'm going to try this method. Thanks Gina. :)
Your video is really helpful. Thank you for your works!👏🏼👏🏼 I'll make these beads!!😊
Beautiful! I love the idea of Utee! TFS!
These look very easy to make and I already have some of the supplies in my craft cart. Thank you for including the links to Amazon and ThePaperBeadBoutique I’ll be making a visit to get her tool. Beautiful results. Thank you for sharing this video.

Thanks Gina! I’m a long time crafter and have been making paper beads and paper bead jewelry for a long time, but always enjoy watching and learning! I’m going to use your UDI idea to cover the beads. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Gina, this one I love.

Go for it! Remember, inspiration comes softly. If you couldn't string a masterpiece that day just roll your beads in your hand and dream a little dream. ;-)
you are the first person that has explained very well how the length of the paper width is the size of your bead. Thank you! :)

Like the idea of embossing powder. Thank you.
Hi, the beads look like shells. I am amazed. they are really Beautiful. thank you for the video.
Pretty bracelet. Great tutorial, as always. TFS! I like how you used UTEE instead of brushing on resin or lacquer. A lot less messy process of finishing the beads. I also like the eyelet idea. Really like the spacer beads you used. They're sort of a double ended bead cap. Wish I could find them from 1 of my wholesalers.

Gina this would be so fun for you to do a utube with Rina, About once a year I make some paper beads with my friends. We always have so much fun. You are right, it is a great way to use some of that old paper up. Thank you for the utube.
Manos delicadas de hombre artesano .Muchisimas gracias por el hermoso y completo video , un abrazo
I love this! Thank you!
I just watched another video on making paper beads. The person used toothpicks to roll the bead. The bead wasn’t tight and looked ackward to roll. Love the idea of using the knitting needles. Thanks.
I was just searching "paper bead making", and I saw your name....I was like "YES...Gina has a video on it!" I know this is an older video, so my comment comes a little late! Lol But I just had to say...your video is perfect!! Thanks so much for sharing your process! Hugs 💕 Suzy
