Hi Ms Soulful T, I made these oxtails and my husband was about to eat his fingers. He now says I can cook oxtails anytime. He loved them. He raved on and on and on about how good they were. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

I season, flour then sear mine. Then put them in the crock pot with stew veggies. Peas, carrots, celery, onions potato. It comes out like a beef stew but with Ox Tails.

Ox tails aren't cheap. They are a left over piece of meat that were the throw outs given to our ancestors. . We had to over season and cook them for hours to make them edible. Cow tails mostly bone! SoulfulT you did them right and made them good. and I luv u... but I'm protesting the price.
