ചെറിയ ഫോക്കൽ ലെങ്ത് ഉള്ള Eyepiece ഫിറ്റ്‌ ചെയ്താൽ പവർ കൂടും. ഫോക്കൽ ലെങ്ത് കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള ഒബ്ജെക്റ്റീവ് ലെൻസ്‌ കിട്ടിയാൽ അതും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പവർ കൂട്ടാം.

അസീസ് പറഞ്ഞത് വളരെ ശരി ആണ്. അകത്തു കറുത്ത പെയിന്റ് അടിച്ചാൽ അനാവശ്യ internal reflections ഒഴിവാക്കാം. അങ്ങിനെ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ കൂടുതൽ contrast ലഭിക്കും, അതിനാൽ തന്നെ ചിത്രത്തിലെ details കുറച്ചുകൂടി വ്യെക്തമായി കാണാം.

@flying dodo, I have made the telescope following your instructions to the point, the telescope seems to be working if we are viewing leaves or flowers very far, but while viewing moon, it is seen as a white shining object during the first quarter, no definitions, no crater view nothing, adjusted the focal length also but of no use, please help in rectifying this problem. I think I have made some mistake can you please help.

This problem arises because there will be a slight tilt in the objective lens when placed inside the pressure reducing bush. But I can understand that your telescope is working since you are able to see leaves far away. The shining object you see is not actually the moon but the reflection of moon light on your tilted objective lens. What you should do is to just change the position of telescope to little left/right/up/down till you actually see the moon. Try using a telescope mount, it will help you to hold your telescope in position without any shaking. Adjusting the position of telescope requires high level of patience in the beginning.

ഈ ടെലെസ്കോപ്പിലൂടെ വളരെ ചെറുതായി Jupiter, Saturn and Venus കാണാൻ സാധിക്കും. എന്നിരുന്നാലും ഗ്രഹങ്ങൾ നല്ലതു പോലെ കാണാൻ കൂടുതൽ വലിപ്പവും പവറും ഉള്ള ടെലെസ്കോപ്പ് ആവശ്യമാണ്. അതും നമുക്ക് വീട്ടിൽ തന്നെ ഉണ്ടാക്കി എടുക്കാം. എന്നിരുന്നാലും വലിയ ലെൻസ്‌ വിലക്കുറവിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ എളുപ്പം അല്ല.

2 plano convex ലെൻസുകൾ plane സൈഡ് ചേർത്ത് വെച്ചാൽ ഒരു biconvex ലെൻസ്‌ പോലെ ആവും. 15mm ഫോക്കൽ ലെങ്ത് ഉള്ള രണ്ടെണ്ണം അല്ലെ? അപ്പോൾ അത് രണ്ടും ചേർത്ത് വെച്ചാൽ, 1/f equivalent= (1/15)+(1/15) 1/f eq= 2/15; f eq = 15/2 = 7.5 mm. പറഞ്ഞു വരുമ്പോൾ 7.5mm ഫോക്കൽ ലെങ്ത് കിട്ടും തിയറിറ്റിക്കലി, എന്നാലും നല്ലത് പോലെ ചേർത്ത് വെച്ചാലും അല്ലറ ചില്ലറ chromatic aberration ഉണ്ടാവാൻ സാധ്യത ഇല്ലാതില്ല. പിന്നെ 7.5mm ഡയമീറ്റർ ഉള്ള ചെറിയ ലെൻസുകൾ ആയതുകൊണ്ട് കണ്ണിനു അത്ര സുഖകരം ആയിരിക്കാൻ വഴി ഇല്ല ഈ പറഞ്ഞ ഐപീസ്. Experiment നടത്തി നോക്കുന്നത് നല്ല കാര്യം ആണ്. ഐപീസ് സ്വന്തമായി നിർമിച്ചാൽ ടെലിസ്കോപ് നിർമാണത്തിൽ ഒരുപാടു ചിലവ് കുറക്കാൻ പറ്റും.

Actually, this confusion is normal due to the PVC pipe nomenclature. For Rigid PVC pipes (especially in India) we use inch scale to buy pipe from hardware shops. But the real problem is that even though we say one inch pipe, actual pipe diameter will be 32mm. If you are in India without any doubt, you can say every measurement in Inches to the shop keeper. How to solve opposite direction visuals?

This is a refractor telescope and the visuals seen through this telescope will be upside down. In space actually UP and DOWN does not matter, but in land it really matters. To solve this issue, there are two methods: 1. Fit a "Star diagonal" along with the eyepiece. But there is one more issue here, if we use a star diagonal, even though the upside down image problem will get solved but the image obtained will be flipped in direction, ie. left will appear as right. To buy a star diagonal through online use this link: amzn.to/3a17FbL 2. If we use "Amici roof prism diagonal", we can see images through our telescope as if we are seeing it normally through our eyes. But this is very costly. Moreover, the clarity and brightness of the picture will also get affected here.

പൈപ്പിൻ്റെ ഉളളിൽ Matt black paint അടിക്കണം, glossy ഒഴിവാക്കുക. അകത്ത് പെയിൻ്റ് അടിക്കാൻ ഒരു നീളം ഉള്ള വടിയുടെ അറ്റത്ത് കുറച്ച് തുണി കെട്ടിവച്ച് അതു പെയിൻ്റിൽ മുക്കി ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. പുറത്ത് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള പെയിൻ്റ് അടിക്കാം. പുറത്ത് spray paint ആണ് നല്ലത്.

ബിനോക്കുലർ പോലെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം, പക്ഷെ zoom വളരെ കൂടുതലായിരിക്കും മാത്രവുമല്ല ഫീൽഡ് ഓഫ് വ്യൂ ബിനോക്യൂലറിനെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു ടെലിസ്കോപ്പിന് കുറവായിരിക്കും.

It is completely normal. In space UP and DOWN does not matter. If you want to use this for non astronomical purposes, fit a star diagonal to the telescope and it will solve this issue.

ലെൻസുകൾ വാങ്ങാൻ ഉള്ള ലിങ്ക് വീഡിയോ ഡിസ്ക്രിപ്ഷനിൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. 1. ഈ ടെലിസ്കോപ് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് എല്ലാ ഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും കാണാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല, എന്നിരുന്നാലും വളരെ ചെറുതായി ശനിയും വലയങ്ങളും, ജൂപിറ്ററും അതിന്റെ ചന്ദ്രന്മാരും പിന്നെ വീനസും കാണാം. 2. ഗാലക്സി കാണാൻ വലിയ ഒബ്ജെക്റ്റീവ് ലെൻസ്‌ ഉപയോഗിക്കണം, എന്നാലേ കൂടുതൽ വെളിച്ചം പിടിച്ചെടുക്കാൻ സാധിക്കു. 3. ചന്ദ്രനെയും മറ്റു ഗ്രഹങ്ങളെയും നോക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് കണ്ണിനു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. സൂര്യനെ നോക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. അഥവാ സൂര്യനെ പഠിക്കണം എങ്കിൽ സോളാർ ഫിൽറ്റർ വാങ്ങിച്ചു ഈ ടെലെസ്കോപ്പിന്റെ കൂടെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം
