Bless you Winnie. You are so coool. I just love you dear. You have just made my day. I watched your video on how you keep your body healthy and it fits in with what I’m doing and the result is encouraging. For the soups I do use a little coconut oil but no meat products at all for months now. I am even dropping the crayfish and our local seafoods because of the heavy metal contamination revealed in some studies. And I make my swallow from oats. Any advice on the use of coconut and olive oils for cooking? Are they healthy enough? Do you know I even use coconut oil for moimoi. It’s lovely. Hope to read from you.

Can we Substitute the cubes with ogiri okpei?
Just checking, does tomatoe break the sliminess of the okra? I used it a few weeks ago to cook for my aunt who was craving for okra and later on she said the tomatoes I used, break down the sliminess of the okra. What's your take on that please. Much blessings xx

To retain slimminess of okra, immediately after chopping your okra, pour water on the chopped okra, let the water cover the okra, allow to sit until u pour into the pot, u may not need to pour okra n water mixture, only okra will do. You will see how thick n slimy the okra is. I hope this helps.

Chai, Jesus Omo see soup ooo
Just out of curiosity why do you have to cover your okra soup after adding the okra? You never cover okra soup when cooking it, especially after adding the okra!!!
@ZeeliciousFoods

Never use the word NEVER! I cover mine ALL THE TIME and it comes out PERFECT ALL THE TIME!
Revelations chapter 1 ..
I saw hair in the okar soup
@ZeeliciousFoods
6 жыл бұрын
Regina Aikins that’s not hair, it’s the strand from the dry prawns.
@auroraautumn8764
6 жыл бұрын
But why would you think it is hair? Have you tried all these ingredients. Are you a seafood lover. If yes, there will always be hair in your food 🤣🤣🤣. Of course it’s not hair.
Why do you add dried pepper to virtually all your meal, this is the only instructions of yours l dont follow, pls educate, thank you.
That is my salary in a pot
Just didnt like u adding tomatoes to okro soup
@ZeeliciousFoods
5 жыл бұрын
I didn't add any tomatoes to this recipe. Please watch again.
45 minutes after you've added the okra ? I mean That's a long time. You've Just killed all' the vertues in the okra. Also you have to keep it simple, nobody wants to cook okra soup for 2 hours with 100 ingredients. Work on keeping things simple ( time and budget )
