Bless you Winnie. You are so coool. I just love you dear. You have just made my day. I watched your video on how you keep your body healthy and it fits in with what I’m doing and the result is encouraging. For the soups I do use a little coconut oil but no meat products at all for months now. I am even dropping the crayfish and our local seafoods because of the heavy metal contamination revealed in some studies. And I make my swallow from oats. Any advice on the use of coconut and olive oils for cooking? Are they healthy enough? Do you know I even use coconut oil for moimoi. It’s lovely. Hope to read from you.

To retain slimminess of okra, immediately after chopping your okra, pour water on the chopped okra, let the water cover the okra, allow to sit until u pour into the pot, u may not need to pour okra n water mixture, only okra will do. You will see how thick n slimy the okra is. I hope this helps.

45 minutes after you've added the okra ? I mean That's a long time. You've Just killed all' the vertues in the okra. Also you have to keep it simple, nobody wants to cook okra soup for 2 hours with 100 ingredients. Work on keeping things simple ( time and budget )
