I actually made these yesterday...I added a small amount of cinnamon and I thought I messed up on the recipe because I put more apples into the batter but they really were good! I did eat them with honey ....Excellent! Here's your thumbs up 👍 😂

Hi from Boulder Colorodo here. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. I'll definitely try it. I like to share a tip of you, don't mind. You should get a glass blender to blend hot stuff. It keeps Microplastics from leaching into your food. Try buying wooden or metal spoons. Stay away from Teflon so badly for you. You can get good kitchen stuff used in the marketplace or goodwill.

Making the batter as I watch and go along the video :) they look like a tasty easy treat to kick cravings to the curb. I’ve read comments and will be adding cinnamon. I’ve got my 2 cast iron pans heating up so that they don’t break if flipped with a spatula. Will be enjoying mine with maple syrup. Greeting from Chicago! 👍🏼

Update! The first two broke when I flipped one pan to the other, only adjustment I did was increase the stovetop heat and after that, they all came out perfectly. My kids enjoyed this with honey 🍯 they truly were fluffy and delicious. I switched between 1/2 cup batter to 1/3 cup batter and both sizes were great for myself and my kids.

This is awesome. I try this recipe tomorrow!❤ Greets from Germany!🎉
