How to Make Nitro Cold-Brew Coffee

Do love nitro cold brew coffee? I do!
Nitro cold brew isn't always available where I'm from. I decided to make my own :)
If you don't know what it is, Nitro coffee is cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen gas through a pressurized valve.
The end result is a smooth and slightly sweet coffee with a velvety crema.
For my nitro cold brew maker, it required a max of 1.5 L of cold brew coffee which I made a day before. You can follow your favorite cold brew coffee recipe. I would recommend slightly diluting it a little. That's my personal preference.
You'll also need a nitrogen N20 chargers or cream chargers. Once infused, shake it and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

What ratio you normally used to make concentrated and then what ratio for americano before you put in the keg?
Which chargers did you use for this? Some say N2 chargers are best for this but your coffee came out great with the N2O chargers.

Hi Reina, mine did not have a brand. It was a normal n20 charge that I got from an online store.
Do we have to shake the keg before every pour? Thanks.
Hi, great looking coffee! How long does the nitro cartridge last? Is it only for the 1.5 litres? Thanks

Yes, that's correct. 1 cartridge is for 1.5 litres correct
