reminds me of when my parents would make cheeseburgers as a kid... the bell pepper, garlic, onion, and crab boil or creole seasoning combination is definitely a New Orleans thing - good memories

You're right about that! It's similar to adding the trinity but minus the celery. My people did the exact same thing. Definitely good memories there. Thanks a lot for sharing my fellow New Orleans native. Finally someone from the same city that can relate!

Hi Charlie. You took an ordinary recipe and made this extraordinarily delicious. The mustard is a trick I use making burgers. But I add it on top of burgers while they are cooking. Delicious!!
