The problem with your piano grid is that you have 8 beats per bar instead 4. To fix that, go to Options / Project general settings - under 'Time Settings', make sure 'Numerator' and 'Denominator' are both set to '4'.

I think I might know why your FL Studio is at half the regular tempo. Try right clicking on the tempo button and checking if "half-speed" is turned on.

I finally started using fl 20 like a week ago, been using fl 11 forever, at first the 20 version was having some bug when you tweak sounds in vst you had to click back and forth from channel rack to vst every single time. But the homie told me about the 32bit version of fl20 that gets installed in image-line folder. Drag that 32bit onto the desktop and delete the fl20 64bit that was originally installed onto the desktop. Now all the fl 11 plugins work in 20 like they always worked in 11. I still have both but now I just be using 20 its alot better.
