A few years ago, I was lucky enough to visit Bologna, said to be the gastronomical capital of Italy. I wasn't sure why people would say that about one specific town in Italy seeing that food was amazing in all the areas I have visited there so far, but I understood why when I was there.
Bologna has some of the best foods and restaurants that I have enjoyed all over the world! I miss the laid back atmosphere of this beautiful town and its delectable food. Mortadella was one of them so today, going back through archives, I have decided to show you how to make this sooooooooo very easy yet delicious Mortadella mousse!
A perfect match to nice bubbles to enjoy on some nice bread or crackers.
