It is also a little bit harder than regular push ups since it works mostly on your triceps. Your triceps is a smaller muscle than your chest. FYI, bigger muscles produce more force and power.

if you want to stand in afk, then you should make sure that you are not all on the voice server, it is dying too quickly.
