My favorite method is buying raw and selling graded :) it can be a little tough at first because you have to know how to pre grade your own cards, but once you learn that, it can be a great and consistent way to get good ROI

Grading a single Pokemon card costs a minimum of $18 to $35. Becket Grading Services (BGS) charge $20/card for economy service with no sub-grading, or $35/card for economy service with sub-grades. Meanwhile, the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) charges $18/card for standard economy service. Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), on the other hand, starts at $20/card with a 10-card minimum submission. Some providers offer discounts for bulk service, assuming that collectors want to grade enough Pokemon cards to meet the minimum thresholds. www.gamerevolution.com/guides/675594-how-much-does-it-cost-to-grade-a-pokemon-card-tcg-collectibles?amp

Should I open a pack from Target? Or, resell the sealed pack?

  • @kb6530

    3 жыл бұрын

Sealed always retains value or appreciates , if you open the pack realize that you probably won't get the very best card in that set , or even anything special at all almost never, maybe you could open cases if the chase card was worth more than a case and guaranteed to come on every case , but open packs is like gambling which never works out in your favor unless your super lucky

Im wondering about the same. Ive been looking around on ebay and they sell 5 year old displays for 1000+ euros and dollars. But displays here cost around 80 euros for small ones and 150 for big ones. Its money invested for the future.. they wont ever lose worth and only gain over time. Popular packs will be a money maker.

The part about a KZread channel getting results eventually is misleading. Some people make channels on all sorts of subjects and do it for years with little to no results. Had a friend do a gaming YT channel for 5-6 years that never passed 5k subs. They luckily got a job in the gaming industry because of connections they made through their channel but the channel never got any bigger, and never made a "stream of income". Even your own channel is 10 months in on content with less than 1k subs. Some people eventually blow up and some never do and make nothing.

The people who have 1k$ to drop on sealed boxes to flip sounds easy enough if you have the cash. Anyone can do this, people have been selling children's toys on Ebay for a living for years now.
