Hi everyone! For the past year I've been creating all these cooking videos, making a bunchhhh of easy Asian recipes. I've been uploading it to another channel but it's quite difficult to manage all these channels on top of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. I'd like to start uploading them here (slowly of course) so you guys can enjoy cooking Asian food at home too. I hope you can all give these mini videos some loving as well and of course will continue to post longer videos (there's one coming this week :))! Thank you all love you ❤️.

Meh i liked it without lol, i thought it was just a little too sweet for a corndog 🥲

If you couldn’t find the recipe like me! First Start Off by making the batter: 1 Cup Flour 2 Tsp Baking Powder 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tsp Salt An egg 1 Cup of milk If batter is too watery add more flour if your batter is too cakey please add more milk Once this is completed put this a cup into the fridge to cool Chop hotdogs and cheese sticks into thirds Then skewer in half Roll them in flour (helps set for the batter) Then dip them so they are completely covered Then roll them in panko bread crumbs Fry on 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown Korean corn dogs normally have sugar on them, but ketchup works as well, do you have any yummy suggestions?

My second time trying this and it worked the second time. I can’t stress this enough, USE PANKO BREAD CRUMB!! Don’t use anything else. Also, be prepared for the mess if your just using cheese. After rolling it in flower and then dipping it in the dough, all the dough slides right off. Idk why or if I made a mistake somewhere, but I ended up grabbing the bread crumbs and just putting them on myself. I couldn’t roll them. It was very messy, but fs worth it. So yummy and topped with sugar too, that’s very good and I’m one who HATES savory and sweet things together. 100% recommend, just be prepared for a mess.

It's nearly 2am, I used the batter recipe to make what are essentially advanced mozzarella sticks. I know what my midnight gourmand snacks are gonna be from now on.
