How can I buy a beat?

I been having l trouble making beats here and there and I noticed that alot of you producers on yt make your beats by doing the bass keys first..I don’t think I’ve ever done that in all 20 years of making beats

What makes this type of beat diff from plugnb , cause plugnb uses the same type of melodic sounds , i m new to this styleof beat , if someone can explain

pluggnb melodies aren't as funky as these and have more of a consitent rnb influence, but the main difference is the drums pluggnb drums are completely different. The pluggnb drums are in a Mexiko dro/ Benjicold style with completely diff bounce, presets n shit compared to baton rouge beats
