    I’m so intimidated on making bouquets 💐 but this video was so helpful. For a market bouquet can you explain how many stems and types of each you use in an average bouquet? Thank you for such great content!

  • @twosistersflowerfarm

    @twosistersflowerfarm

    2 жыл бұрын

    Most everything is intimidating at first! Just got to push past that and give it a try! ;) Most of my bouquets average about 20 stems. I'm terrible at counting while I'm working, so some definitely get a little more + others a little less. Deciding on ingredients is a fine balance of wanting enough repetition so your bouquet looks cohesive and yet enough variety so that it's still interesting. I try not to overthink the ingredients- most of our summer bouquets include some mix of zinnias, cosmos, celosia, snapdragons, basil + black eyed susans or sunflowers. Hope this helps :)

    Fabulous video !!! Very very helpful. What would a market bouquet go for that size? 20/25 ?

  • @twosistersflowerfarm

    That’s great to hear! Price would depend a little on geographic location but yes, I’d say somewhere between $20 and $25 ✨

    Hi 👋 and thank you! I like to keep a few sizes on hand always (I tend to order the 18”, 14” and 12”). In this video I’m using the 14” sleeve 💛

    Very helpful. I am transitioning part of my veggie garden to cut flowers. What type of white Veronica is that and do you start it from seed or bring it in wholesale? I have a patch but it’s shorter.

  • @twosistersflowerfarm

    That sounds like a fun adventure! I wish I knew the specific variety of the Veronica but I’m not sure since I got it from a local florist. I don’t have any experience growing it either (sorry!). Since it’s still cold here in Michigan I just picked up some flowers from a local market for demonstration purposes 💛
