I literally following you every where on social media. I had so many problems when it came to making the Mac and cheese but I made this yesterday for my bbq and omg I fell in love. I was so proud of myself. It was really good. I just mixed cream cheese in with it as well. And I only used regular milk and heavy cream but next time I’m gone try it with the other milks too. I set the oven to 30 minutes and kept checking it. Maybe 50 minutes total

For the pan she used no more than 1/2 cup

I might use your recipe but with some modifications. I have to grate my own cheese, it definitely makes a big difference. Also I would use, sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack and aged white cheddar. Never have used sour cream or cream cheese but willing to give them a try.

This is the best way! Combine the milk and egg. This is the way is supposed to be made. Looks great!
